Project Management

SPS management accepts wholeheartedly that we have a responsibility to our clients (and staff) to provide not only the best quality product, (while adhering to every applicable Australian Standard during the process), but also to provide the user with the safest possible end product.

To this end we allocate a project manager to each site.

The project manager is responsible for the following:

  • Assessment of hazards and risk control measures necessary in preparation of a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)
  • Communicating all OH&S information to staff and any subcontractors and insuring understanding and compliance with the SWMS.
  • Completion of all work associated with the project to the satisfaction of the client.
